How does it work?

At SW Powdercoat & Cerakote, we’ve made it easy to get your parts professionally coated and finished:

Get a Quote

Send us photos or details of your project (type of part, size, colour, finish, etc.). We’ll review and provide a clear, no-obligation quote.

Drop Off or Ship Your Parts

You can bring your items to our shop or safely ship them to us. We’ll inspect and confirm your service details before starting.

Surface Preparation

We sandblast or media-blast each part to remove rust, paint, and impurities. We also offer vapour blasting as a dry alternative. This ensures maximum adhesion and a flawless finish.

Coating & Curing

Powder Coating: Dry powder is electrostatically applied, then baked for a hard, durable finish.

Cerakote: Applied as a thin-film ceramic, then oven-cured (or air cured depending on heat tolerances) for a precision layer.

Inspection & Quality Check

Each part is inspected for colour accuracy, consistency, and durability.

Pick-Up or Delivery

Once your parts pass inspection, we’ll contact you for pick-up or shipping. You’ll get a finish that looks great and performs even better.

SW Powdercoat and Cerakote was established into business in 2020, driven solely by Simon’s passion, vision and dedication as it’s founder. After many years of working for a bike-building company that provided spray painting and powder coating solutions, it started off as a hobby for Simon but has grown into a great achievement.
